The Faculty Soccer Playoff (CFP) is a four-team, single-elimination match that determines the nationwide champion of faculty soccer in the USA. The CFP was based in 2014, changing the earlier Bowl Championship Collection (BCS). The 2025 CFP is scheduled to be performed on January 12 and 19, 2026.
The CFP has been a controversial subject since its inception. Critics argue that it’s unfair to the groups that don’t make the playoff, and that it offers an excessive amount of energy to the choice committee. Supporters of the CFP argue that it creates extra pleasure and drama, and that it offers one of the best groups an opportunity to play for the nationwide championship. Predicting the end result of the CFP is a tough job, however there are a couple of groups which are thought of to be the favorites.
